Job summary

Winter Park Resort is seeking a Seasonal Shuttle Driver to provide safe, friendly transport for guests around the resort. You will greet riders, share local knowledge, and keep shuttles clean and well-maintained throughout shifts.

The job requires a valid driver's license, the ability to pass a background check, and at least 18 years old. Prior shuttle or hospitality experience is a plus; strong communication and a professional, approachable manner are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a driving background check
• Must be 18 years of age
• Experience in shuttle driving or hospitality desirable
• Strong communication with guests and employees
• Able to handle complaints professionally
• Able to sit for long shifts and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Shuttles guests around Winter Park Resort in a safe and friendly manner.
• Greets guests upon arrival and addresses guest concerns.
• Must be knowledgeable about the ski area, community, activities and directions.
• Maintain the vehicle including interior cleaning, fuel and fluid checks.
• Abides by the dress code, policies and procedures.
• Promotes a cooperative and problem-solving atmosphere.
• Assist guests with directions and VIP parking during events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
