Job summary

Winter Park Resort is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide safe, friendly transport around the resort. CDL not required; you will conduct vehicle inspections, assist guests, and maintain shuttles. The role supports guest experience and requires flexible, customer-focused service.

Hourly pay range: $19.50-$20.50. Must have a valid driver’s license, pass a driving background check, and be 18+. High school diploma desirable; shuttle or hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a driving background check.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED desirable.
• Experience with shuttle driving or hospitality desirable.
• Must possess strong communication skills with guests and employees.
• Must handle complaints and difficult customers politely and professionally.
• Must be able to sit in a bus for most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Shuttles guests around Winter Park Resort in a safe and friendly manner.
• Greets guests upon arrival and addresses guest concerns.
• Must be knowledgeable about the ski area, community, activities, directions, etc.
• Maintain vehicle interior, trash removal, wash and fuels, check fluids, report service.
• Follow dress code and policies.
• Promote a cooperative, problem-solving atmosphere.
• Provide the best possible service to guests while ensuring safety.
• Other duties as assigned.
