Responsibilities

• Support Design Consultants by gathering project details and relaying information.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Provide product collateral and materials to customers.
• Confirm appointment details and ensure customers know what to expect.
• Define and clarify project process, current state, and next steps.
• Set up and manage appointments for design consultations with timely follow-ups.
• Support administrative tasks to assist the end-to-end customer experience.
