Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a part-time Shoe Stylist in San Antonio to deliver exceptional customer service and build a loyal client base. You will master product information, promotions, and merchandising while achieving sales goals and supporting store operations.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, strong communication skills, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Employee discounts and seasonal perks accompany the position.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to process information or merchandise through the computer system and POS register system.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
