• Report overages/shortages and picking inaccuracies to management.
• Assist management with departmental projects and responsibilities.
• Receive and dispatch deliveries.
• Deliver received packages to proper departments.
• Ensure accurate packaging and documentation for shipments.
• Plan, balance, and complete orders including packaging materials and goods.
• Suggest improvements to shipping/receiving processes and systems.

Overview

Responsible for domestic and international outbound shipping of merch and non-merch product for all channels of business. Responsible for receiving and proper distribution of inbound product to respective departments.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving, transacting, or shipping merchandise, components, or non-merch product
• Meet productivity goals/measurements set forth by Logistics Management
• Create shipping labels and packing orders to ship via FedEx, UPS, and Brinks
• Accountable for reporting overages/shortages and picking inaccuracies to management and maintaining inventory integrity
• Assist management with departmental projects and responsibilities
• Receive and dispatch deliveries
• Deliver received packages to proper departments
• Responsible for ensuring accurate packaging and documentation are included for each shipment
• Responsible for the planning, balancing, and completion of orders including packaging materials, components, and finished goods
• Responsible for communicating and suggesting improvements to increase the effectiveness of the shipping and receiving process, systems, procedures and recommending improvements and enhancements as required
• Keep work area organized and clean, keep inventory of proper shipping supplies neat, clean and organized with adequate inventory levels stored appropriately.

8 am- 4:30pm Mon- Fri

*Flexible during holiday hours include: 5:30am-2pm, 10:00am-6:30pm, 1pm-9:30pm *
