We are currently seeking a Seasonal Services Crew Leader. This full-time role is ideal for someone with prior landscaping experience who is eager to lead a team in delivering high-quality seasonal services to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in performing seasonal services such as:
• Spring & Fall Cleanups
• Dethatching
• Bed Weeding & Edging
• Lawn Renovations
• Aerations

Qualifications

• Prior landscaping experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Experience in supervising or leading a team preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn
• Love of the outdoors
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds multiple times a day
• Walk up to 10 miles per day, often on uneven terrain
• Bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Work comfortably in varying outdoor temperatures

Compensation

The hourly wage ranges from $25.00 to $30.00, with regular overtime opportunities.
