Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Norridge, IL is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and maintain store presentation. You will help customers locate products, provide solutions at checkout, and participate in merchandise control and recovery activities across the store.

Responsibilities include truck unloading, stocking, planogram adherence, and cross-training in framing sales.
