Position Overview

The Service Stylist/Guest Service Ambassador represents the hotel to arriving and departing guests and visitors. They acknowledge, welcome, and escort guests to appropriate areas within the hotel, ensuring a personalized and warm experience. The role involves recognizing repeat guests and VIPs, maintaining high engagement levels, and providing exceptional service throughout the guest's stay.

Responsibilities

• Greet and recognize arrivals and departures of guests, including VIPs and repeat guests, using their names and personal preferences.
• Escort guests from the entrance to the reception desk and vice versa upon departure.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, including room types, food and beverage outlets, spa, and lounge facilities.
• Engage with guests to understand and anticipate their needs, providing personalized service and building relationships.
• Assist with luggage management and coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness and special requests.
• Ensure mobility throughout the hotel to serve guests across multiple floors.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent guest communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and work under pressure.
• Physical ability to assist with luggage and remain mobile in the hotel environment.
• Experience in hospitality or guest relations preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus.

Additional Details

Salary Range: $18.96 - $23.70/hour
