Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Bethel Park is seeking a part-time Seasonal Service Associate to deliver friendly customer service, process transactions, and assist with stocking and merchandising. You will help customers find items, promote the Rewards program, and support BOPIS/SFS processes as needed.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, maintaining in-store recovery, and upholding SOPs while collaborating with teammates to ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock store environment.

Qualifications

Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
