• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with proper cash handling.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise while maintaining store recovery standards.
• Assist customers by locating products and offering solutions.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, enrolling customers when appropriate.
• Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Support Omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.
• Assist with stock, POS, and planogram (POG) execution as directed.
• Maintain in-stock levels and complete merchandise recovery and go-back processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.

Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
