Job summary

Granby Ranch is seeking a Server/Bartender for the winter season. You will deliver a friendly dining experience with strong menu knowledge, anticipate guest needs, and execute both service and bar functions to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role starts around November 22, 2026, and is a full-time seasonal position with tips. Responsibilities include upselling, maintaining inventory, ensuring safety compliance, and providing efficient service while coordinating with the Food & Beverage

Qualifications

Current TIPS Certification required (must provide documentation).
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or bartending experience preferred.
Knowledge of Colorado state health codes and liquor laws preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, welcoming service with a strong menu knowledge.
Make recommendations, upsell items, and respond promptly to guest requests.
Prepare beverages per established recipes and presentation standards.
Monitor and control guest alcohol consumption in a responsible manner.
Maintain bar inventory, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety and liquor laws.
