Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate in Beverly Hills to enhance the client experience during peak season. Reporting to a Sales Manager, you will assist customers, manage transactions, and collaborate with teams to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities include welcoming clients, supporting BOPIS/curbside pickup, and upselling services such as alterations or personalization. A minimum of 1 year in customer-facing roles and comfort with retail tech are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with proven ability to sell products and services.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and departments and transition them to the appropriate associate.
• Work in different store areas based on business needs.
• Process POS transactions as needed.
• Handle escalated issues by connecting customers with management.
• Follow up on customer requests and questions.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup with Operations and managers on duty.
• Assist with fitting room experiences when needed.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services such as alterations or personalization.

Job Description

YOU WILL BE: As a Seasonal Selling Associate, you will be working to enhance the client experience with our selling team during our most magical time of year. You will report to a Sales Manager, the team Makes Life Extraordinary by leading with a people first mentality and ensuring exceptional customer service. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Ensure clients are warmly welcomed into Neiman Marcus at store entrances and within store departments, transitioning the client to appropriate associate based on service needs
• Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs
• Process efficient Point of Sale transactions as needed
• Efficiently and graciously handles escalated issues by connecting customer with a member of the management team
• Demonstrate follow-up on customer requests, questions and needs
• Support BOPIS and Curbside pickup, Alterations (online and pickups) in partnership with Operations team and Managers on duty
• Partner to support Fitting Room Experiences when needed
• Look for opportunities to enhance the client experience by introducing our services such as Alterations, Personalization, Food or Beverage, package carry-out or delivery
• WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Salary Range $19.61 - $24.51*
Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job‑related factors.
