Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly at store entrances and within departments and route to the appropriate associate.
• Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently and graciously.
• Handle escalated issues by connecting customers with management.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup, alterations in partnership with the Operations team.
• Assist fitting room experiences and promote services like alterations, personalization, and delivery.
