Job summary

Eden Brothers LLC Fletcher, North Carolina, United States is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Production Associate to support the inventory team as a Product Pre-Packer. This full-time, 1st shift role offers steady hours during the busy fall season and pays $18.00 per hour, with potential overtime and a bonus up to $350.

As part of the Production team you will convert bulk seed inventory into finished products, ensure weight and labeling accuracy, use Odoo to track MOs, and perform real-time quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer and tablet skills.
• Ability to use handheld barcode scanners.
• Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve assigned Manufacturing Orders (MOs) daily in Odoo.
• Accurately record completed production, lot tracking, and finished goods in the system.
• Perform real-time quality checks in Odoo to verify weights, counts, and packaging are correct.
• Update any discrepancies in bulk usage, counts, or labeling directly in the system to maintain accurate inventory.
• Measure and pack seeds into packets and bulk sizes using scales, seed counters, and packaging machines.
• Perform continuous quality checks to ensure exact weights, counts, and seals.
• Follow strict labeling standards (variety, weight, lot number, compliance text).
• Operate heat sealers with counters and verify accurate sealing integrity.
• Identify and immediately flag any product, bulk, or labeling issues to the Production Manager.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure production schedules and shipping deadlines are met.
