Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Security team member to uphold the resort's five-diamond service and safety standards. Reporting to the Security Manager, you will greet guests professionally and maintain a secure, welcoming environment.

You will coordinate with outlets and event teams to understand activity schedules, enforce policies, and respond to incidents with composure. This role begins in September and requires strong communication, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Two years security experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team

• Ensure five diamond representation of resort
• Understand all tasks in the outlet
• Have knowledge of all event activities: location, time, and event.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards

• Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines.
• Two years Security experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
