SEK CPAs & Advisors in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Seasonal Scan Technician to support tax season operations. This temporary role runs January through April, about 25 hours per week, in our Carlisle office. You will help assemble tax returns, scan documents, and handle correspondence with clients and staff.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in a fast-paced professional office, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Word. A friendly, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced professional office.
• Ability to deal appropriately with confidential information and interact professionally with clients and employees of all levels of the firm.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Friendly and out-going demeanor with positive attitude.
• Ability to multi-task along with strong organization skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure during busy tax season and exercise sound judgment and discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word required.

SEK CPAs & Advisors are currently seeking a Seasonal Scan Technician in our Carlisle, PA office. Our Admin Assistants are a valuable resource to SEK during tax season due to the increase of clients coming into our office and many documents to maintain. The ideal candidate would be friendly and professional. This seasonal position runs approximately January through April.

Work Schedule Expectation:

• January - April, approximately 25 hours per week
