Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Sales Associate/Photographer to create magical Santa photo experiences for families. You’ll welcome guests, engage children, and capture moments they’ll remember, while delivering warm, high-energy service from arrival to checkout.

No photography experience is required, and training is provided. The role offers flexible scheduling, early access to shifts, and opportunities to grow within the holiday photo business.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with families and children.
• Flexible with peak retail hours, weekends and holidays.
• No photography experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide memorable souvenirs to guests.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set.
• Assist with photo operations and ensure smooth processing.
• Operate POS and handle transactions.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
