Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate at Bellis Fair to welcome families, engage with children, and capture magical Santa moments on our photo sets. No photography experience required; training provided.

You’ll deliver warm guest service, operate the POS and photography equipment, and help ensure a smooth, festive experience. This is a full‑time seasonal role with flexible hours and opportunities to return for future holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Able to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Positive attitude with strong work ethic and teamwork.
• Comfortable greeting and interacting with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to process sales and handle cash.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Willing to attend training and complete required courses.
• Flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Retail or service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic.
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• All other tasks as assigned.
