Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate at Charleston Town Center in Charleston, WV. You will welcome families, engage with children, and help capture magical holiday moments on our Santa photo sets while delivering warm, world-class guest service.

The role emphasizes a friendly, festive atmosphere, a team environment, and opportunities to grow within the souvenir photography division during and beyond the season.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Cash handling and sales transactions familiarity

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly
• Engage with children, families, guests, staff and coworkers in a festive manner
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What You’ll Do:

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Photography experience not required
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, making every family feel welcomed, cared for, and part of the magic
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene are a must
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
