Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales Teammate to fulfill its mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You will greet guests, answer questions, recommend merchandise, and help locate products based on guest needs while delivering legendary service across the sales floor.

You'll manage cashiering, merchandising, fittings, and routine store operations, learn Buckle policies, and build relationships with guests to develop a client-based business.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical duties; lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding store and merchandise.
• Recommend, locate, and assist Guests in finding merchandise.
• Handle cashiering, register procedures, and bag purchases.
• Maintain store presentation and assist with merchandise displays and pulls.
• Follow loss prevention guidelines and store policies.
