Qualifications

• Anthro brand fan and store culture preferred.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Comfortable working as part of a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Initiates genuine conversation to engage customers with a welcome, heard and valued experience.
• Connects with multiple customers and shares product suggestions to support sales.
• Uses in-store technology to transact, find sizes/colors, and place omni-channel orders when items aren’t in stock.
• Builds productive relationships with peers and contributes to team morale.
• Keeps store visuals and operations aligned with merchandising standards and updates.
• Supports shipment processes and omni-order fulfillment while maintaining floor stock.
