What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Handle inbound calls from customers, providing excellent service and actively listening to their needs

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of one year of customer service or sales experience in a retail setting
2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a clear and articulate speaking voice
3. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
4. Must be available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, with a preference for candidates who can commit to 30+ hours
5. Completion of a job-related assessment is required for consideration
