Job summary

ALO is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for the State Street location in Santa Barbara. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales, and embodying the ALO brand through knowledge of products and community culture.

This part-time, non-exempt position requires the ability to work up to 20 hours weekly during peak seasons, including the Blackout period, and includes a base pay of $18.00 per hour with potential bonuses tied to monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
• Aligns with ALO guiding principles and company culture.
• Requires constant movement around the store and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and move for an entire shift; follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading store initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Provide engaging guest experiences and a friendly shopping environment.
• Build client relationships and maintain daily engagement with customers.
• Collaborate with leadership to analyze reports and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure proper floor coverage and execution of merchandising/stock replenishment.
• Educate guests on the ALO brand, products, and store initiatives.
