Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to become the single point of contact for national rental accounts. You will leverage your sales and negotiation skills to expand Penske's fleet solutions and drive uncapped commissions while delivering legendary customer service.

Applicants must be flexible to work non-traditional hours, including nights, holidays and weekends, and able to collaborate with teams across 2,200 rental facilities nationwide

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• 2 years of proven successful sales experience highly preferred.
• Previous call center or telemarketing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computers required.
• Salesforce software experience preferred.
• Bilingual written and verbal communications are highly preferred.
• Must be flexible to work non-traditional hours: holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for national rental accounts.
• Help customers find rental trucks and resolve service issues.
• Collaborate with Penske team members nationwide.
• Maintain a fast, friendly reservation process and provide legendary customer experience.
