Boot Barn is seeking Seasonal Sales Partners to help deliver an engaging in-store experience and live our Mission, Vision and Values while providing selling and service expertise. You will learn product knowledge, assist customers, and support store operations.

Key duties include fostering a service-focused culture, communicating product features and benefits, achieving store metrics like UPT and ADT, and processing transactions at POS with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and displays.
• Process merchandise and maintain cash/media accountability at POS.
• Collaborate with store leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
• Adhere to laws and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
