Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or guest service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video game needs, recommending items, and thanking guests for choosing GameStop.
• Support the shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented and alphabetized on the selling floor.
• Help the store meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention and be aware of scams and safety practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.
