Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by personally selling to customers.
• Engage customers, read cues and respond effectively.
• Provide bra fitting guidance through effective questioning.
• Convert returns and promotions into larger sales.
• Deliver friendly, efficient cash wrap and process transactions accurately.
• Reinforce checkout decisions and encourage add-ons.
• Recover cash wrap selling zone and go-backs.
• Process merchandise to floor-ready status and maintain back stock to brand standards.
• Replenish merchandise to brand standards on the floor.
• Assist with markdowns, re-tickets, and stock corrections.
• Execute floorset proficiently and adhere to brand standards.
• Maintain back room and under stock.
• Drive top-line store sales and grow the business.
• Keep focus on bras as the premier product differentiator.
• Prepare for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures.
• Ensure merchandise recovery and replenishment.
• Follow visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with housekeeping and maintenance reporting.
• Support loss prevention and shrink reduction.
• Provide a safe working environment and uphold company values.
• Build loyalty through the Rewards Program.
• Lifts up to 40 pounds and can bend, stretch, walk, and stand for long periods.
