Five Below in Baltimore is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service during the busy holiday season (October through January). You will greet customers, answer questions, restock merchandise, operate the register, and help ensure a seamless checkout experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology including computers, cash registers, handhelds and mobile devices.
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, acknowledging them and handling multiple customers efficiently.
• Understand customer needs by sharing product knowledge and directing them to merchandise.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns, offering alternatives and aiming for exchanges when possible.
• Communicate restocking needs and customer feedback to management in a timely manner.
• Support team to achieve store and company objectives.
