Qualifications

• Greet and assist customers promptly; provide assistance across multiple customers.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns by offering alternatives to turn returns into exchanges where possible.
• Communicate needs to management regarding restocking and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive environment.
• Position description is not all-inclusive; duties may expand at manager's discretion.

Responsibilities
