Five Below Inc. is seeking part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to support our holiday season operations. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, stocking shelves, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, recommending products, promoting events, and handling inquiries. Candidates should be 16+, flexible, tech-friendly, and able to work varied shifts through October–January.

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old.
Flexible schedule availability.
Comfortable with technology (computers, cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers promptly, providing assistance to multiple customers efficiently.
Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge and offering recommendations.
Promote store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
Resolve customer concerns and offer alternatives to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
Communicate merchandise needs and feedback to management in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the team to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
