Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts.
• Comfortable with technology (computers, cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Excellent communication to engage with customers and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
• Understand customer needs and offer product knowledge and recommendations.
• Inform customers about store events, promotions, and activities to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns by offering alternatives and facilitating exchanges when possible.
