Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in California to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and help keep the store clean and organized.

You’ll support daily operations, contribute to sales goals, and step into stock duties when needed. We’re looking for energetic, motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are available to work holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California).
• Able to move around sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work front and back of store including POS and payments.
• Deliver omni-channel requests and collaborate with the team.
• Promote the Rewards program and support attendance policy.
