Job summary

Five Below is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate for the holiday season. You will greet customers, assist with product questions, and help keep the floor stocked and checkout processes smooth.

Ideal candidates are 16+, with strong communication skills, tech readiness, and a friendly, solution-focused attitude to create a great shopping experience during October through January.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle interactions and concerns courteously and professionally.
• Learn procedural knowledge via on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly; acknowledge and help multiple customers efficiently.
• Assess customer needs by sharing product knowledge and directing to merchandise.
• Inform customers about current events, promotions, and activities to drive sales.
• Address customer issues and offer solutions, aiming to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Regularly inform management about restocking, service needs, and customer feedback.
