In this role you will master benchmark selling techniques, support alterations processes when available, maintain visual merchandising standards, and help ensure store metrics are met while upholding company policies on harassment

Responsibilities

• Build relationships from greeting through post-sale contact.
• Monitor and impact store sales volume and metrics goals.
• Maintain a clean, neatly merchandised store per brand standards.
• Assist with stock counts and receiving shipments.
• Support visual merchandising consistent with brand guidelines.
• Report discrepancies to the manager on duty.
