Boot Barn is seeking Seasonal Sales Partners to create an exceptional in-store experience and drive sales. You will embody our values, provide product knowledge, and maintain merchandising standards while processing transactions at the POS.

You will contribute to achieving goals like UPT and ADT, stay informed about promotions, and collaborate with store leadership to develop skills and improve metrics. This is a seasonal, in-store role at Boot Barn in Downey, CA.

Qualifications

Provide friendly customer service and selling culture.
Know product features and benefits to customers.
Maintain merchandising standards and assist in floor moves.
Process transactions accurately at the POS.
Meet measurable goals like units per transaction and average dollar per transaction.
Adhere to store policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
Become an expert in our product categories; understand and communicate product knowledge to the customer.
Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons).
Be informed on current promotions and advertisements.
Maintain merchandising standards and assist on display, stock and housekeeping.
Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions at POS.
