Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, customer info capture).
• Be informed of current merchandise promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards; assist with floor moves, displays, merchandising and housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Accurately complete sales transactions and maintain cash/media at POS.
• Seek new ways to develop skills and improve metrics with store leadership.
• Adhere to laws and company policies and practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate high quality work, attendance and appearance.
