Boot Barn Seasonal Sales Partners engage with customers to deliver an exceptional in-store experience, demonstrating selling and service excellence, product knowledge, and POS proficiency. They support merchandising, promotions, and daily store operations to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, info capture).
• Stay informed on current promotions and ads.
• Maintain store merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Accurately complete sales transactions and manage cash/ POS accurately.
• Seek ways to develop skills and improve metrics with store leadership.
• Adhere to laws and company policies.
