Job summary

Spirit Halloween seeks a Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team in setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store, while maintaining Guest Services to Company standards.

You will drive sales through sign waving, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. Physical demands include ladder work and standing for up to 8 hours; minimum age is 16.

Position is in Springfield, VA and is ideal for returning seasonal work during holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16.
• Physical demands include climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for up to 8 hours.
• Support Store Management by setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services per Company Standards.
