Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support shopping environment including visual and operational aspects and contribute to store sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and transferring products from stock room to selling floor.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices; be aware of scams and safety practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures including attendance and confidentiality.
