You will engage with customers, maintain a clean store, and promote credit and loyalty programs while adhering to all procedures and policies. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Model excellent customer experience for internal and external customers.
• Maintain clean, organized store environment and follow standards.
• Ring customer purchases/returns and count change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor per procedures.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain safety standards.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
