Job summary

You will assist with selling, cashiering, replenishing, and merchandising while partnering with the management team. Responsibilities include greeting customers, promoting loyalty programs and promotions, maintaining clean floors, and supporting accurate pricing and inventory.

Qualifications

• Must be energetic, people-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in-store and online.
• Engage customers with selling behaviors.
• Greet customers with enthusiasm and maintain a positive attitude.
• Educate customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise.
• Maintain an efficient and organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Support pricing accuracy and inventory levels.
• Champion Kirkland’s Home values and branding.
• May perform other duties as necessary.
