Job summary

Five Below is hiring part-time Seasonal Sales Associates to support our busy holiday season. You will greet customers, help them find products, and provide friendly checkout experiences while keeping the store organized and well-stocked.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales during October through January. Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, flexible, tech-savvy, and able to work a varied schedule including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule available.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, cash registers, handheld devices).
• Good communicator with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions politely and professionally.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Understand and meet customer needs using product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and aim to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management about restocking and customer feedback.
• Support team and company goals to maintain a positive work environment.
• Additional duties may be assigned by the Store Manager.
