Job summary

You will greet customers, explain product features, and process transactions at the POS while maintaining store standards and assisting with stock and cleanliness. Ear piercing may occur at select locations per policy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in specialty retail is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask and deliver attentive customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers warmly and identify needs.
• Explain product features and benefits with in-depth knowledge.
• Suggest additional items using effective selling techniques.
• Process transactions accurately at the POS and maintain records.
• Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising per guidelines.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety throughout the shift.
• Support promotions and training resources; uphold guest service standards.
• Assist with product preparation and handling; ensure professional appearance.
