Job Overview:

The Seasonal Sales Associate sells all pool and spa products in a fun atmosphere. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, outgoing, and enjoy talking with people. Responsibilities include working at the water test lab each week, testing pool and spa water, preparing and carrying out service to cars for customers, and assisting with daily store upkeep, such as stocking, inventory, cleaning, and organizing merchandise in the store and stock room. Additionally, assist in unloading trucks during deliveries and ensure the store is fully stocked.

Qualifications:

• One or more years of sales or customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of math and percentages
• Reliable transportation to get to and from work
• Ability to be on your feet for 4-9 hour shifts and lift up to 50 pounds; must be able to move products weighing 50-75 pounds with proper equipment
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their requirements
• Salesmanship skills and understanding of the selling process
• Strong commitment to hitting targets and exceeding goals
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; effective team player
