Job Overview:

The Seasonal Sales associate sells all pool and spa products in a fun atmosphere. Must be a self-motivated individual who is outgoing and enjoys talking with people. Responsibilities include working at the water test lab, testing pool and spa water, servicing cars for customers, and assisting with store upkeep such as stocking, inventory, cleaning, and organizing merchandise. Also assist in unloading trucks during deliveries and ensure the store is fully stocked.

Qualifications:

• One or more years of sales or customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of math and percentages
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for 4-9 hours and lift up to 50 pounds, with the ability to move products up to 75 pounds using carts, dollies, or pallet jacks
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
• Sales skills and understanding of the selling process
• Strong commitment to hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with computers
• Team player
• Good grammar and spelling skills
• Ability to distinguish between colors

Compensation:

$14.00/hour + Commission
