Seasonal Sales Associate - Valley Pool & Spa

Join our team as a Seasonal Sales Associate at LESLIES ISLE OF WIGHT LIMITED. We are a leading provider of hot tubs, swim spas, pools, and related services with over 55 years of experience, serving the Pittsburgh area. Since joining Leslie's family in January 2018, we have been committed to offering quality products and excellent service to create the perfect outdoor oasis for our customers.

Job Overview: As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will sell pool and spa products in a fun, energetic environment. You should be outgoing, self-motivated, and enjoy engaging with customers. Responsibilities include working in the water test lab weekly, testing pool and spa water, assisting with service preparations, stocking merchandise, inventory management, cleaning, organizing, unloading trucks, and ensuring the store is fully stocked.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of sales or customer service experience
• Basic math and percentage skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for 4-9 hours and lift up to 50 pounds (with equipment for heavier items)
• Customer rapport building and qualification skills
• Understanding of sales processes and customer engagement
