GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to our success. You will provide an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers, helping them find premium eyewear.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plans and objectives by cultivating customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
• Provide exceptional customer service through making personal connections and attention to detail, resulting in customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers and management.
• Maintain store appearance, keep displays and inventory organized, and secure company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Embrace new technology and adapt with high accuracy
• Self-accountability for sales results with strong selling skills and goal orientation
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a dynamic environment
