The Seasonal Sales Associate supports store operations on a short-term basis by delivering outstanding guest service and participating in sales activities during peak seasons. The role focuses on sales, store maintenance, and customer service, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and availability during busy seasonal days.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, recommending products, and expressing gratitude.
• Support the shopping environment, including visual merchandising and store initiatives during the holiday season.
• Assist in stocking and organizing merchandise, ensuring products are well-presented.
• Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or guest service experience is a plus.
