We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support our store team during peak sales periods. Under direct guidance, you will focus on delivering outstanding guest service within a sales environment that emphasizes our buy, sell, trade, and reservation business model, known as the Circle of Life. Your role will involve participating in daily store operations, with an emphasis on sales, store maintenance, and customer service. The ideal candidate prioritizes customer satisfaction and is available during peak seasonal days.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, recommending products, and expressing gratitude for their patronage.
2. Support the shopping environment, including visual merchandising and operational tasks, and contribute to sales initiatives during the holiday season.
3. Ensure store cleanliness and organization, including restrooms, according to company standards.
4. Assist in stocking shelves and transferring products from stock to the sales floor, maintaining organized and well-presented merchandise.
5. Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
6. Address customer questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues as needed.
7. Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams and safety procedures.
8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including attendance, confidentiality, and ethical standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or guest service experience is a plus.
