BoxLunch & Hot Topic is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Florida. You will deliver exceptional customer service, stock and replenish products, and merchandise the store to create an engaging fan experience.

Expect to assist on the register, promote BOPIS and curbside options, and contribute to a dynamic, team-focused environment. Ideal candidates bring retail experience, strong communication, and a passion for music and pop culture; must be 16 or older and willing to work on the sales floor

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Superpowers in providing customer service and selling.
• You'll have to be at least 16 years of age to join the fandom force.
• Avenger-like collaboration and communication skills.
• The usual retail stuff: ability to navigate the store, merchandise using approved equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return, using product knowledge and strong service.
• Cover the sales floor zone and keep areas up to visual standards.
• Work the register and drive add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup; assist with planogram changes.
• Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ partners.
• Address theft prevention with store management to ensure proper procedures.
• Help maintain the stock room and keep the store tidy.
• Demonstrate Team Spirit through active communication and collaboration.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.
